The reason for this journal is for us to develop a habit of writing things down. This is a powerful thing because our brains cannot remember and retain everything, though sometimes, we remember most things especially when we are younger. But as we grow older, we cannot, as much as we would like to remember everything. However, when we write things down; every thought, every dream, our day to day at work; we can easily go back to it and reflect. This can be a helpful asset for our children and grandchildren. It can help others to navigate life and it can help us to cultivate a writing habit that we can pass on to the younger generations and ideas that will benefit them in the long run.
